My name is Ana Sastre, I was born in Madrid and now I am based in Málaga.I have a solid international background and a clear vocation: to care for children’s health with compassion, clinical excellence, and reassurance for families.

I graduated in Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2011 and am a specialist in Paediatrics since 2016. I am registered with the Ilustre Colegio de Médicos de Málaga (registration no. 282868223) and until 2026 with the UK General Medical Council (GMC no. 7560870).

I completed my paediatric training across several hospitals in Madrid. After finishing my specialty, I relocated with my family to London, where I spent most of my professional career.

For several years, I worked as a paediatrician within the British public healthcare system (NHS England) at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, combining work in general paediatrics, emergency care, and inpatient wards.

Within paediatrics, I have a special interest in paediatric endocrinology and childhood diabetes, an area I developed extensively during my years working in the United Kingdom.

Since end-of- 2024, I have been based in Málaga and currently work as a Primary Care and Emergency Paediatrician at the Materno Infantil Hospital of Málaga, caring for children and supporting their families at every stage of growth.

I am also a mother of three kids, so I understand firsthand the challenges parents face when raising their children.

My goal is to provide personalised, up-to-date, and trustworthy paediatric care, tailored to the real needs of each child and their family, ensuring you feel supported and confident as a parent.
